How long does it take for delivery? Depending on the time of the year we usually anticipate orders taking us up to 3 weeks to dispatch but in many cases it will be much sooner. Everything is sent using a next day service (Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland being the exception) and full tracking information will be provided once its booked on to the system with our partners at DHL. Please allow a little longer for delivery during busy times of year like Easter and Christmas. We will always strive to keep you up to date with the situation should there be any unforeseen delays.

 

 

Can I purchase the print only and Frame myself at home? I’m afraid not. As we specialize in printing all of out art directly on to safety glass this means that we cannot risk shipping without it being neatly packed in one of our specially designed boxes. We try and offer a wide variety of frames to suit all tastes so we are positive we can accommodate your needs.

 

 

Help my picture arrived damaged! What now? Don't panic, we have your back. Damages do occur from time to time. Please send us a quick email with some pictures to info@wallkandy.com showing the damage along with a brief explanation around the circumstances. We will happily get this picture uplifted and replaced as quickly as possible. Note the majority of our images are printed on safety glass to help minimize breakages.

 

Can I choose my own frame? Yes. We have a large number of frame options available. From basic black stepped frames to something more elaborate like a mirrored frame. All our options are clearly shown when checking out. Don’t forget to check out the frames options tab at the top of the website. Here you will see a much clearer example of what frames we have available.

 

I’ve just received delivery of my picture but I don’t like the liquid art? We are really sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with your purchase. This can happen which is why we give all our customers the option to opt out of liquid art during checkout. Our team of talented artists interpret each piece in there own unique way but it might not be to everyone's taste. If you are unsure maybe check out our Instagram page where you will see better close up images of the art we sell. I'm afraid we will not be able to replace a picture if you unsatisfied with the liquid art so make sure you are 100% comfortable with your decision before checking out.

 

Can I order a special size? I’m afraid not but we do offer a wide range of sizes so I’m sure we will have you covered. It should give you a good idea of how it will look on your wall.
